No permission, authorisation or licence is granted for my music or creative works to be copied, scraped, extracted, ingested, reproduced, stored, analysed, processed or used as data or training material for artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems without my prior written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to, use for:

AI or machine learning model training
Generative AI systems
Music, audio or voice generation systems
Dataset creation or development
Model development
Model fine-tuning
Model testing, evaluation or validation
Automated data mining or scraping
Training or development of systems capable of generating music, vocals, lyrics or other creative content

The public availability of my work on streaming platforms, social media, websites or any other publicly accessible service does not constitute permission or grant a licence for these purposes.

No licence or permission should be inferred from the publication, accessibility or availability of my works.

Reservation of Rights

I expressly reserve all rights in my works in relation to artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI and related technologies.

Any proposed use of my copyrighted works for AI training, machine-learning development, dataset creation, data mining or related purposes requires prior written permission from the relevant rights holder and, where agreed, a separate licence.

This reservation applies to my works whether they are made available through streaming services, social media, websites, digital platforms, downloads, physical media or any other means.
